These Terms of Service govern your use of SpurIQ, including the Gmail add-on, AI-powered sales insights, CRM integrations, and related services.

By installing, accessing, or using the SpurIQ Gmail add-on (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SpurIQ is a sales assistant Gmail add-on that:

Reads and analyzes your email communications
Provides sales and deal-related insights extracted from your emails
Generates recommendations for follow-ups and next actions
Integrates with your CRM and calendar for enhanced sales productivity

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SpurIQ
You must have a valid Google account
The Service is intended for business and professional use

4. User Responsibilities

By using SpurIQ, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during registration
Maintain the security of your Google account credentials
Use the Service only for lawful business purposes
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Service
Not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
Not share your access credentials with unauthorized users

5. Privacy and Data Use

Your use of SpurIQ is governed by our Privacy Policy

We use AI services (OpenAI and Anthropic) to analyze your emails and generate insights
Your data is processed in accordance with Google’s API Services User Data Policy

6. Google Account Permissions

SpurIQ requires access to your Gmail account to function. You grant us permission to:

Compose and send on your behalf
Access your email settings and labels
Access your Google Calendar events

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your Google Account settings, though this will prevent the Service from functioning.

7. Third-Party Services

SpurIQ integrates with third-party services including:

Google (Gmail and Calendar)
OpenAI (AI processing)
Anthropic (AI processing)
HubSpot (CRM integration)
Fireflies.ai (meeting transcription)

Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

8. AI-Generated Content

SpurIQ uses artificial intelligence to generate insights, summaries, and recommendations
AI-generated content is provided “as is” and may not always be accurate
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated suggestions before acting on them
We are not liable for decisions made based on AI recommendations

9. Intellectual Property

SpurIQ and all related technology, trademarks, and content are owned by SpurIQ LLP
You retain ownership of your email content and data
AI-generated insights created from your data belong to you
You grant us a license to use your data solely for providing the Service

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
We are not liable for any service interruptions or data loss

11. Fees and Payment

Free to use with paid features.

We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice.

12. Termination

You may terminate your use of SpurIQ at any time by:

Uninstalling the Gmail add-on
Revoking permissions through your Google Account settings
Contacting us at [email protected] to request account deletion

We may terminate or suspend your access if:

You violate these Terms of Service
You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
Your organization’s account is terminated
Required by law or to protect our rights

Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated insights
Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service
Warranties that the Service will meet your specific requirements

14. Limitation of Liability

SpurIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim
We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption
We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SpurIQ harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Content you provide or actions you take using the Service

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
